Our return policy spans a duration of 30 days from the date of your purchase. Should 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for processing your return.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
The return is initiated more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If a refund has not been received, check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. Subsequently, contact your bank, considering there might be processing time involved.

GIFTS:
If the item was designated as a gift during purchase and was directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
